In order to safeguard citizens against discrimination and abuse from other people or organisations, the government must also create institutions that are drafted in law. While some countries may have more expansive lists of rights than others – no matter the context -all individuals should expect their fundamental rights to be respected by authorities.
In conclusion, a right is an intrinsic privilege granted by governments which must outline what citizens are entitled to in terms of their basic needs for survival along with their individual liberties & freedoms that allow them to live life without fear of oppression or abuse from outside sources.
