As a young student, I volunteered at local hospitals and clinics where my interest in the healthcare field has increased over time. In my early years as a student, I worked at clinics and hospitals in order to gain more experience. This sparked curiosity about the industry and motivated me to continue to learn. I also took classes in medicine and nursing during college, while working as a part-time emergency room assistant. These experiences helped me gain insight on what it takes for RNs to succeed. After researching different nursing specialties, such as pediatrics or oncology, I found a passion to provide holistic care for patients, which further motivated me towards this career. All these combined factors have shaped my desire to become an RN so that I can help improve people’s lives through compassionate care and dedication to their wellbeing.
