Research an organization chosen by the student.
Improved communication and collaboration among departments would be my focus to make the company better, without having to compromise on ethical standards. It could be as simple as setting up weekly meetings between cross-functional groups or a feedback system to keep everyone informed about what’s happening across the organization. Additionally, I believe it is important to create an environment where employees feel comfortable voicing their opinions and ideas – this can be achieved by encouraging open dialogue and providing incentives for innovative solutions.
Also, I think that investing in programs for employee development such as workshops or seminars to help develop professional skills while maintaining high ethical standards would be beneficial. Employees would also benefit from having mentors who could provide advice on the topics.
Final, any change must be made while considering the impact it may have on all parties involved, such as customers, business partners, or other community members. By adopting an holistic approach, while still adhering the applicable codes of conduct and legal requirements, organizations can make sure that they are positively impacting all involved parties both economically and ethically.
