From my analysis & evaluation of the theory I have gained a better understanding of how it applies to both staff and patients. First, this method emphasizes that different factors should be considered when developing interventions. These can hinder or assist those who are involved depending on the individual circumstance. For instance, some people may benefit from additional resources including counselling sessions while others might need more tangible assistance such as job-training to reach similar results.
Moreover, Bronfenbrenner’s model encourages taking an holistic approach when assessing any situation which includes examining one’s environment or relationships in order determine what steps should be taken next. These insights show why the use of a holistic approach to creating frameworks is important. It ensures all factors are taken into consideration before implementation, improving overall outcomes.
