You will develop your own Public Health Leadership Theory for this assignment. Start by reviewing 15-20 scholarly, peer-reviewed resources in order to synthesize and define theoretical gaps. After identifying the gap, explain how the solution addresses it and describe your Public Health Leadership Theory.

You will then create a graphic representation of your system thinking theory in section 4. This visual presentation should explain how the theory addresses the gap that was identified during the literature review. Section 5 will require you to develop an evaluation plan that will allow you to test your theory. Included in this will be the measurements, methods and techniques of analysis you’ll use.

You will then summarize the findings of your study and explain the impact your work has had on promoting positive change in society. You will include a reference list in APA style of 15 to 20 peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
