In terms of test taking, I believe there are several things that could be better. In order to complete multiple questions with a set amount of time, I find it difficult to keep up. I can also get stuck on the more complicated concepts. This leads me to run out of my allotted time or miss important information. A lot of the time, I am overwhelmed with the amount of information to process and struggle to keep up.
In order to address these concerns, I’ve identified five strategies which should improve my test-taking abilities: first, create an organised study plan so that the topics can be covered methodically and over a period of time. Second, concentrate on understanding rather than just memorizing facts. Third, use problem solving methods such as diagrams or flowcharts. Fourth, prepare mock tests in advance in order for you to get familiar with possible formatting changes. Fifth, learn how best not only focus on one question but also take breaks when needed.
