The Nurse Residency Program will give me the knowledge, skills and experiences I need to be a successful nurse practitioner. Through hands-on experience, I look forward to learning about evidence-based practices and improving my clinical skills. Also, I hope to get a better understanding of how the healthcare system is organized. This will allow me to understand how to best work with them to provide high-quality care to patients.

This program should also give me a support network and resources that I may not have access to elsewhere. These experiences will allow me to achieve my professional and personal goals, while contributing positively to the nursing field. Through this program, I aim to gain the skills and knowledge needed for future success.
