Use the STAR Model to develop a sound story or action you were involved in to include the use of STAR (Situation, Time, Action, and Response). 

I was able to apply the STAR Model in order to craft a story that presented a realistic situation from my past job. My supervisor asked me to be the leader of a project team for an event that was coming up. The task was time-sensitive as we had to complete it within a strict set of deadlines. By taking the initiative, I delegated tasks to our team members and offered guidance where needed. It allowed us to finish the project in a timely manner, and still have time for quality control testing.

My supervisor as well as our clients were very positive and commended us for successfully completing this challenging task. It was a great experience that confirmed to me the importance of collaboration, clear directions and achieving high-performance by teams of any size.
