Use Microsoft Project to develop the work breakdown structure (WBS) and work packages for your Course Project.

Microsoft Project is what I’ll be using to create the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for my Course Project and its work packages. Microsoft Project is the ideal software to use for this project because it lets me create a complete outline of my whole project. Microsoft Project allows me to give tasks to my team and to include dependencies so everyone is aware of what they need to do to complete the project. Microsoft Project allows me to quickly adjust tasks or resources if there are any changes during the development process.

Overall then this tool should provide an efficient way organizing my Course Project and ensuring its successful completion – both through creating comprehensive WBS/work packages early on which lay out all elements required moving forward as well being able easily manage progress (and potential setbacks) along way.
