Brian Foster revealed that, during an interview, he frequently forgets meals due to his work and other duties. In addition, Brian Foster said that he doesn’t feel hungry very often. When he is feeling hungry, he prefers quick food or snacks. Brian’s current weight is also below his recommended BMI range, which may suggest inadequate caloric intake.

Goals:
