Reflecting on my strengths in clinical practice and areas for improvement, I am confident that my academic and professional growth has increased since I began my practicum. This time allowed me to see how nurses interacted with their patients and receive feedback from the preceptor. I was able to identify any mistakes that could be made or areas where further improvement is needed.

As for progress, I think that I have gained a greater understanding of the skills required to become an effective nurse by participating in various clinical rotations. Seeing first-hand how compassion and expertise can aid in recovery has given me invaluable insights that I will carry with me into future work experiences. The resources at libraries or simulation labs have allowed me to remain up-to date on the latest trends, which will help prepare me for new challenges in future placements.
