Discussion 8 – Nursing Assignment Help| Nursing homework help
Reflection on the course objectives:
Through the entire course, I’ve been able apply my knowledge and skills of health education and nursing community to create a project that focuses on prevention, promotion and maintenance of health. I used my knowledge of community assessment and analyses to determine the specific needs of my target audience, which allowed me to customize my project. I also made use of information technology in data gathering and analysis, which was crucial in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the population’s health needs and challenges.
It was my responsibility to develop an educational tool that would be useful to public and community nurses in improving the health of people, their families, communities and populations. To ensure the project was meeting community needs, I worked with partners and other stakeholders. The collaboration enabled me to deliver education to improve the health of populations, which was an important component of my project.
Implementing the project planned for teaching to the targeted population was one of most difficult aspects of the course. I overcame this obstacle by planning and organizing the project implementation. In addition, I made sure that the population target was involved in both the planning and the implementation phases of my project. This helped ensure their full engagement and investment in the project.
I have been able to document my project and provide evidence for each stage. It was necessary to document the different phases, which included the planning phase, implementation stage, and evaluation phase. My findings and the results of my project were presented to my class and my instructor. This allowed me to get valuable feedback on my success.
Final words: I’m proud to report that I met all the objectives of this course. In this course I was able develop skills related to community health and teaching health. I’m confident that these skills will continue to be useful in my future endeavours. This course has given me invaluable experience, and I’m grateful to be a part.
