Part iii of the strategic plan: communication and balanced scorecard
To ensure that our company’s strategic objectives are effectively communicated throughout the organization, I would create a comprehensive communication plan. The plan must include both bottom-up and top-down communication steps to make sure everyone understands what is being achieved.
Senior leaders must communicate clearly and concisely their visions and goals. This could be done through presentations or meetings where executives explain their strategies for achieving success – this information can then be shared with all employees across the company ensuring that everyone has access to the same information. I also suggest creating an online platform, such as an intranet, where all of this information is accessible at any given time.
Encourage two-way communication between your staff to gain a deeper understanding and valuable insights on how you can achieve these objectives. Finally it is important to monitor how well these messages are being received by employees so that adjustments can be made if needed – regular feedback surveys or anonymous comment boxes are useful tools for doing so
