This should include any research or data that supports the importance of team-building and high-quality relationships in the success the organization. Include any relevant research and data to support the importance of high-quality team relationships or team building in organizational success.
Summarize any processes or programs used by the organization to build relationships and teamwork. Include any training, communication, and development programs the organization may have implemented.
What attributes made these programs or processes effective? It could be any particular skills or characteristics that are needed for team-building and building relationships.
Explain the ways in which you could translate these programs and processes to your current organization or an organization where you previously worked. You could also include specific strategies or steps that you could implement to build relationships and improve teamwork in your present or former organization.
Include at least five references in your paper to back up any claims or analysis. References should be formatted in APA and cited correctly throughout the paper.
Include a mention of the scorecard created and used. Be sure to include references that substantiate your claim. All of this information must be properly cited in your entire paper.
