My current organization is adequately prepared for a pandemic. I also believe that the staff and organization are well-trained to deal with it. In order to ensure safety, we have established numerous protocols, such as masks being required for staff, frequent temperature checking at facility entryways, and social isolation measures inside patient rooms. We have also acquired more personal protective equipment, which we’ve distributed in our facility to protect everyone from exposure.
Our nursing leaders did a great job in keeping all staff members informed of any changes or updates related to COVID-19. In order to stay informed about safety and security protocols, they communicate with their staff through email or virtual meeting. They also created a COVID-19 task force to help all departments work together in order to achieve common goals. Overall , it is clear that our organization is doing its best be prepared & protect its constituents from this global pandemic
