They can showcase their personality, skills and experience to an employer. To job seekers, I recommend that they approach their interviews with positive attitudes, confidence and preparedness. Unexpected events may occur in an interview despite your preparation. This can either make or break the experience.

The best interviews I’ve heard are when the interviewer is personable, friendly and engaging. The conversation was natural and comfortable. This allowed the job seeker to show off their experience and skills without being nervous or intimidated. The positive impression created by the interview left a long-lasting impact on the candidate, who was eager to accept a job offer.
