The second training need relates more closely with problem-solving & decision making as many employees struggle when it comes to identifying solutions for complex issues thus leading to delays/inefficiencies over time. Consequently, workshops teaching techniques such as brainstorming & root cause analysis should be introduced so that staff can develop better ways of thinking about problems therefore increasing chances for successful outcomes whenever possible.
In conclusion, my approach for this training involves focusing on two specific areas – technical knowledge and problem-solving/decision making – by introducing activities designed to help increase understanding & proficiency within each respective area. By doing so, it will enable staff members gain greater insight into how they can use their newfound skills whilst also improving their confidence levels thus allowing them become more productive & efficient in the long run.
