The Heart Rate Dataset includes the following variables:
- This variable is the gender for each person in the data set. The variable is qualitative and cannot be numerically measured. The possible values of this variable are “Male” or “Female”. This variable provides information on the gender distribution within the dataset.
- Age: The variable age represents each person’s age in the data set. This is a continuous quantitative variable that can have any value. This variable can have values ranging from 20 up to 68. This variable gives us information about the distribution of age among the individuals within the dataset.
- The Heart Rate variable shows the individual heart rates of the individuals in the dataset. This is a continuous quantitative variable that can have any value. This variable can have values between 49 and 202. This variable provides information on the heart rate distribution among individuals.
The dataset contains information on the age, gender and heart rate for each individual. These variables are useful for analyzing the heart rate distribution amongst different age and gender groups. The heart rate variable is also useful for analyzing the distribution of heart rates across the dataset.
