Tom displays behaviors which could be classified Dominant. He is aggressive and very argumentative. Tom often interrupts or talks over others in conversations, and dismisses ideas without meaningful dialogue. He may also appear intimidating to other team members, making it harder for them to express themselves.

Sally’s behavior can best be described as Steady. She is usually calm and measured when she makes decisions. She can appear passive sometimes, which makes it difficult for her to fully contribute.

Stephanie exhibits traits of the Influencing Style by being passionate and talkative about her opinion, but is also open to listening to others. While she’s well liked on the team her enthusiasm could sometimes be overshadowed by more important issues.

Dante’s Conscientious Style is defined by his focus on small details, while ignoring the bigger picture. Dante can become too critical and analytical, which may impede the progress of a group.
