Integrity, respect and innovation are my core values. Integrity is important to me because it serves as the foundation for my personal and professional relationships – meaning I strive to always be honest and ethical in my actions so that others know they can trust me and rely on my judgement.

Since I am a firm believer that the only way to progress is to push boundaries and take risks, innovation helps me constantly search for new approaches or solutions to problems. Last but not least, I respect my colleagues because I see them as equals regardless of the position they hold or their experience. I use this to make decisions like how I distribute tasks to team members and how I delegate responsibilities.

These values ensure that all actions are taken with the consideration of stakeholders and potential impacts on long-term (positive or negative), so we can reach results that benefit our company/team as well as external parties.
