Identify and discuss conflicts that exist between ethics and healthcare reform that has been brought upon the execution of the affordable care act aka Obamacare/Trumpcare.  

Affordable care is a major issue that creates conflicts between the Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA), and Trumpcare. Despite the ACA’s efforts to make coverage more accessible, many individuals still face financial barriers when it comes to seeking medical services as high premiums can be difficult for low-income households to afford. Additionally, Trumpcare does not cover pre-existing conditions – meaning some people may struggle to find suitable insurance plans which could then lead them into further financial difficulties.

A second ethical concern is the quality of health care. While both the ACA (American Health Care Act) and Trumpcare contain provisions that aim to improve outcomes for underserved groups such as rural communities or minorities, there have been reports of insufficient services or gaps in service due to a lack of personnel or resources.

Disparities exist in the use of treatment. While certain groups may have better access to healthcare than others, this can cause resentment from those who believe they’re being overlooked or are receiving a lower standard of service.
