For my facility to achieve this goal I will combine transformational and servant-leadership styles. In order to inspire and motivate others, transformational leadership requires setting an example and offering guidance and support in the form of encouragement. Servant leadership focuses on the employees’ needs by providing the tools and resources that they require to succeed. This will help create an environment in which everyone feels respected and valued, leading to increased satisfaction from staff.

By using both of these approaches together, I believe that it is possible for our facility to reach its goal in an effective and efficient manner—allowing us to provide our patients with the highest quality care possible
