I have always felt a call to nursing. Since I was young, I’ve been attracted to helping others and making a difference in peoples lives. When I was growing up, and became more exposed to the health care industry, it dawned on me that I could fulfill my wish to be of service to others and have a meaningful and real impact on society by becoming a nurse.
The desire to constantly learn and improve is one of the most important qualities I possess. This will help me perform well both as a student, and then as a baccalaureate-prepared nurse. I have always sought new experiences and knowledge throughout my life. Now, as I begin my nursing program, I hope to continue on my journey. In addition, I’m a person who is compassionate and empathic, and I think that will help me connect to my patients in a meaningful way.
In addressing global health needs, nursing plays an important role. Nursing is often at the forefront of healthcare due to the growing demand for high-quality care. This has an impact on communities all over the world. The provision of resources and education to local communities can be a way for nursing to address the needs of global healthcare. These can also help prevent the spread disease and improve outcomes. In addition, research in nursing can be used to help identify needs and develop innovative and new healthcare strategies.
It is vital that nurses collaborate with and closely work with other health care providers and organizations to help overcome many of the problems faced when addressing the global needs for healthcare. This will ensure that expertise and resources are utilized efficiently and that patients get the best possible treatment. Nurses should also continue to educate themselves on new developments and technologies in the healthcare industry so they can integrate this into their work and positively impact the lives of patients.
As a conclusion, I’m confident that because of my passion for learning and growing, my empathy and compassion, and my dedication to having a positive influence on the world, I would be an excellent candidate to pursue a nursing degree. My desire to improve my nursing skills is a driving force for me. I want to use my career to address and improve global healthcare issues.
