How do you believe your experience will help or hinder you when it comes to working with your classmates throughout the program?

My experience, I think, will be helpful to me as I work with my fellow students throughout the entire program. As someone who has worked both in an individual environment and a collaborative one, I know how vital it is to build relationships based on respect and trust. The team can communicate more freely, and this is vital for the successful completion of a project.

Furthermore, I am a strong believer in the “whole is greater than the sum of its parts” concept which means that every individual brings something unique to the table. In order to do this, I make it a point to ensure that everyone is heard and to encourage others to contribute their ideas or opinions as they work together to find creative solutions.

When it comes to managing several projects or tackling complicated tasks, my organization skills come in handy. It is important to set clear goals and give each team member a specific role or responsibility. This will help everyone know what they need to do and when. It is also my talent to break down complex problems into more manageable pieces, which helps all parties involved understand them.

My experience in the program has been a valuable learning opportunity for me. I have learned countless lessons about effective teamwork and collaboration.
