The discussion has provided me with the opportunity to ask questions and gain different perspectives about topics that I may not have otherwise thought of. In addition, through interacting and exchanging ideas with other students, I received clarifications, feedback, and new perspectives that helped me fill any knowledge gaps.

I am still unsure of how to apply different models or theories in the real world, like NPV and IRR rules. Though I am familiar with their theoretical foundations, it’s unclear to me if and how these methods can be applied in practice, such as capital budgeting.
