In teaching I believe all students deserve to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of background. To me this means providing them with necessary resources needed so that they can reach their full potential – such as access quality education, appropriate guidance from mentors etc.
Additionally, I believe that individual learning should be promoted whenever it is possible to properly meet the needs of each and every student. It could be developing curriculums that are tailored to specific needs or using alternative methods of teaching when the traditional method is not effective enough.
Ultimately then, my overall goal is create classroom environment where no child ever feels left out or inadequate due lack support/encouragement. We can help those students who are most in need while also celebrating their successes. This will ensure that they all have a positive experience and build a strong foundation for the future.
