Throughput includes activities like production, storage and marketing, which transforms these resources into goods or services. Output is what we produce and deliver. In other words, outcomes refer to our results. These can include improved customer satisfaction from increased efficiencies or employee morale through enhanced training. Feedback is data collected through various means, such as studies or surveys. This allows adjustments to be made when necessary.
