Individual and professional accountability:
According to the Nurse Manager Skills Inventory, personal and professional accountability involves accepting responsibility for one’s actions, demonstrating ethical conduct, and promoting a culture of accountability within the workplace. Since I am an AI-language model, I don’t have to answer for my personal life or career, but I can give guidance about how to encourage accountability at work.
