They place a high emphasis on ethical principles and moral behaviour. It is evident in the way they prioritize customer satisfaction, providing high-quality products and services. They also maintain fair pricing policies regardless of the market.
In addition, the Christian faith has influenced how business founders see their responsibility towards society. They decided to return 10% of their profit to local charities so as to assist those areas most affected in economic recessions or by natural disasters. Moreover, their dedication to the protection of the environment can be observed by their efforts in reducing waste as well as supporting sustainable development projects whenever they are able.
The Christian faith is clearly evident in nearly every facet of the organization, including its operations and relationships with both customers and stakeholder groups. These values are embodied by the founders, who have set an outstanding example to other companies in similar fields looking to implement religious beliefs.
