Our team’s interactions between functional areas were collaborative and highly efficient. Our team began by creating a cohesive strategy that was focused on innovation in design, high-quality production and affordable pricing. This helped us to create a lasting competitive advantage. To achieve this, our Production team worked closely with R&D to create products that had higher quality ratings than other competitors while still offering lower prices than our competitors. Finance monitored budgeting, financial performance and ensured resources were allocated effectively across all departments. Through market research, our Marketing team identified customer needs and implemented effective campaigns. Finaly, the Human Resources department was able to maintain high employee morale through an open environment that allowed employees to feel heard.

Our collaboration across functional areas helped us to achieve a sustained competitive edge. We were able to remain ahead of our competitors and increase profitability over the long term by relying on a loyal customer base that trusted in us.
