Project Description The project proposal is to install a Nurse Dashboard within our Healthcare organization. The dashboard will enable nurses to quickly access information about patients, provide timely updates and track patient activities over time. This dashboard includes vital signs like blood pressure and oxygen saturation, as well as heart rate, temperature and medication administration records. It also contains lab results and immunization schedules. The dashboard will allow nurses to work with their colleagues to improve patient outcomes, to track efficiency metrics, to visualize trends, and to better communicate departmental responsibilities.

The project will impact all stakeholders in our organization due to its scope and intended use. The nursing personnel will benefit by having better visibility of individual patient needs and imminent conditions.
