Describe the organization you selected and the general services that would be offered to Medicare patients.

I chose a rural healthcare clinic which offers primary health care services for Medicare patients. The services offered include routine and preventive medical care, management of chronic diseases, vaccinations, screenings and treatment for conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

They also offer outreach programs to educate people about how they can maintain their health through preventative methods. They may, for example, offer classes on exercise or seminars about healthy eating to senior citizens. Determining the best way to help seniors access resources is also their goal.
