The perception of external threats, or of individualism can lead to a lack of collaboration. It is also difficult to promote new ideas from staff at lower levels due to our hierarchy. This limits the creativity of our employees and hinders growth.
In summary, the culture at my organization has both strengths and weaknesses when it comes to organizational behavior but with continued focus on communication, trust building exercises, and innovative problem-solving we hope to create an environment where everyone’s voices are heard and valued equally regardless of departmental boundaries or seniority levels.
