Briefly describe two core values, two strengths, and two characteristics that you would like to strengthen based on the results of your Strengths Finder assessment.

Responsibility and creativity are two core values that I found in my StrengthsFinder test. The importance of responsibility is that I take on tasks with care and complete them. Creativity encourages me in a new way to solve problems. Communication and focus are my two strongest skills. They allow me to effectively communicate ideas or thoughts, while staying on task when I am concentrating. For me to improve on my strengths in organization, I want to develop better habits of time management and increase my attention span. Finally, I’d like to become more assertive so that I am able to speak up for myself when needed without fear of judgement or criticism from others.
