According to the analysis of training requirements, I suggest that you offer a course on organizational and time management skills. The employees at my job would benefit from this type of training program as they would learn how to manage their work load and meet deadlines. This training would also give valuable insights on how to plan effectively and prioritize tasks in order to maximize productivity.

The training program must also encourage the participants to be aware of any barriers or personal obstacles they might have that are preventing them to reach their potential and create action plans for overcoming these. The training will also provide attendees with the chance to put their new knowledge into practice by working on case studies and participating in simulations.

A course of this kind could be very useful to employees in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge for them to manage their everyday activities better. It can also provide tangible solutions so that they are able overcome challenges.
