Select an organization that you have some familiarity. It may be an organization where you are currently employed or one where you were once employed.
Review the five dimensions of the compensation strategy (objectives, alignment, competitiveness, employee considerations, and management) and compare your selected organization to another business, such as Apple, Amazon, and Berkshire Hathaway or one of your choosing.
What business strategy does your organization choose seem to “fit.”
